Toffee Apple is a great flavor. Combined with tea, this great tasting drink can be made in minutes. As a special bonus, it does not have to be alcoholic, it will be equally good with club soda instead of champagne.
Toffee Apple Mimosa
5 heaped tsps Whitard Toffee Apple infusion
450ml freshly boiled water
2 tbsps agave syrup (or alternative)
Champagne, sparkling wine or club soda
Appe for garnish, sliced thin
Make the tea by adding the tea to the boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes and then add the syrup. Strain the mixture. Next, add the ice to a bowl and pour in mixture. Allow to chill for a few minutes. Then, strain the ice and add mix to pitcher. Finally, half fill a glass with mixture and then add champagne or club soda and garnish with apple.
