Dilmah Tea runs the High Tea Challenge, which uses tea in the preparation of great food. This recipe looked especially interesting and uses one of Dilmah excellent Watte Teas.
Spices Orange Watte
150ml Acqua Panna water
1.5g Dilmah Uda Watte Tea
2 pcs star anise
2 pods cardamom
Brew the tea and spices in hot water. Zest the orange peel over and serve in a tea cup.
