Just about any Earl Grey Tea recipe is good and here is another you can try, Get ready to make Earl Grey Tea Whipped Cream. Recipe courtesy of Chef Maggie McKeown who appeared on CTV Canada AM.
1 cup of Whipped cream
1 tbsp of granulated sugar
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
Place a small pot on a stove over low heat. Add whipped cream and tea stirring occasionally. Turn stove off when it starts to bubble. Remove the tea bag and strain if necessary. Place bowl in refrigerator until completely cooled. Beat cooled infused cream, with sugar and vanilla until medium peaks are formed.
