Easy Iced Tea Recipe for Your Holiday Picnic

With today being Independence Day (if you live in the US), here is a quick and easy Iced Tea Recipe.  This works best with a black tea like an English Tea.

4 Tea Bags
2 cups boiled water
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 cups cold water
sweeten to taste
ice cubes
lemon slices and mint.

Bring water to the boil and add tea bags.
Steep between 3 to 5 minutes and then remove tea bags.
Add the tea to a pitcher and allow to cool.
Add desired amount of sweetener and 3 teaspoons lemon juice.  Stir to dissolve.
Then add the cold water and chill.
Add ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.

Drink and enjoy.
