Nambarrie Tea Warehouse to Become Apartments

Apartments and shops are to be built on the former home of Nambarrie Tea in Northern Ireland.   Nambarrie’s warehouse, located in the center of Belfast, was closed when the company moved production of the tea to the UK. It was sold to Village Homes for £1.2m. The building was listed for sale in 2008 at an asking price of £2.25m.

  1. Sad that it’s going to be demolished. End of an era! I guess it’s good for urban regeneration though.
