Since we are always looking for great tea recipes, we came across this Iced Tea Recipe from 1887. We have not yet tried it, but found it interesting.
For each person, allow one teaspoon of black tea, pour boiling water upon it and let it stand where it will “draw” for ten minutes; cool in a refrigerator, or on the bottom of the cellar. When ready to serve, sweeten, enrich with cream and pour upon bits of ice in a glass.
