Drink Green Tea to Help Your Bones

Green tea can improve your bone health, according to findings in a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.

In the study, 3 components of green tea were exposed to cells that form bones.  Researchers found that one of the components of green tea, EGC, promoted growth and strengthened bones.  Plus, high EGC levels stopped a cell than can weaken bones.
