Punjana Tea Tells How to Make Perfect Cup of Tea

We are always in pursuit of the perfect pot of tea.   Everybody has a slightly different opinion about how to make the perfect cup of tea.    Here, Punjana Tea tells how to make the perfect cup of Irish Tea.  Of course for this to work, you need to have Punjana Tea on hand.

* Use only freshly drawn water. (re-boiling water takes the oxygen out and stops the tea from brewing properly).

* Pre-heat the pot or mug.

* Make sure the water is boiling when pouring onto the tea. “Off the boil” water doesn´t infuse tea properly.

* Brew for at least a minute, and don´t be afraid to stir the tea. (a tea bag floating on top isn´t doing its job).

* Sit back. Now, doesn´t that taste better!
