Posted on | July 8, 2009 | No Comments

Your cup of black tea may help prevent heart disease. This is the finding of a new study from the University of L’Aquila in Italy.

The study found that black tea provides you better heart health by lowering blood pressure and improving blood vessel reactivity.

Researchers studied 19 healthy men. The subjects drank a specific amount of tea over 5 periods lasting 1 week each.

Whether it is English Tea or Irish Tea, just drink more tea to improve your heart health.
